rubbing compound for scratches?

Hey I was just ridin on some tough trails and there was barb wire everywhere i rode up on a hill and hit the gas full speed my tires where spining real bad because it was terribly muddy. I slipt into a barb wire fencr and now there are scratches on my fenders! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] and they arent that deep but noticible, does anyone know of any good rubbin coumpound to buff onto my ATV?? please help! thanx

Rubbing compound will just remove the shine from the plastic and make it look worse. And I have tried that Plastic Renew and I think it is crap to. Unfortunately, the scratches are there for good.
The best thing that I have found is Turtle Wax Formula 2001 spray. This will not remove the scratches, but it does help hide them and really shines up your plastic. It will also protect your plastic against the effects of the sun and some what help prevent knew scratches.
