I know a lot of you guys ride or rode motorcyles before and I'm thinking about buying one...I don't have a lot of experience on a bike, so what do you guys recommend? I'm thinking about a YZ250 or something similar..what do you guys think? If it helps I'm 5'11", 225lbs...

It's gonna be mostly Dune riding......I'm thinking about of a 2-stroke but I'm not sure yet...

 

Get a CR250! However a lot of people don't like them but the RM250 is an excellent bike as well and have nice torque.

 

Since your riding in the sand i would suggest a 250 2 stroke. But for all around riding i would suggest a yz250f.
