Default Truckaddons.com?

Is anyone familiar w/ this site? They seem to have pretty good prices, but I want to make sure they're reputable before I spend $$$ there...

I work a few miles from one of their biggest warehouses where they also have a showroom and I have been in there several times and 75% of the people that work there are so rude you couldn't imagine. Their showroom prices are so high no one around here buys anything from them. I would not buy from them unless I had to.

However I have no experience with their on-line ordering program and I would assume their prices are a little cheaper online so I can't bash their on-line setup since I have never used it.

I'm done ranting now.

I don't have any experience with this company personally, but check their shipping and handling charges. I know there are some places that offer really good prices on the internet, but jack up the shipping charges to an extreme, so it ends up being even more than if you bought it someplace else.

Thanks guys, sorry to hear their salespeople are rude.

I checked the S&H and it's $9 something, not bad at all. Their online catalog is quite impressive and some prices extremely hard to beat.

ATV 123:
I'll tell you about what happen to me and you can decide if you want to deal with this company or not.
After shopping on-line for nerf bars and a bug sheild for my 03 GMC I could not decide, so I called them. The sales guy could not answer any questions I had. I went ahead and ordered what I'd been looking at plus a bug shield for my Dad's van(Chevy). I had the stuff shipped to my Dad's house(next door) as I am away from home with my job. A bug sheild was delieverd a few days later. It was broke and was not for either vehicle. A few days later the nerff bars were delieverd, the box was torn and beat up bad. Days later other bug sheild came, it was for a Dodge truck. I was gone when all this was going on. I tried calling the company on the phone. For returns you have to go on-line and order a return label. You can't call in or talk to anyone about a return. When I finally got home I got on-line and ordered a return labelfor the 2 bug sheilds. 2 weeks later we get ONE. So I have my Dad tape the two sheilds together and send them to?. Weeks later I hear nothing. I finally get a hold of my salesman(No easy task) He says he'll take care of it. 1 week later we get another bug sheild, but it is wrong again. I try to call again, no luck. I was on hell hold for an hour. I finally called my credit card companyand put the charges 'in dispute' (just the bug sheilds) the nerf bars were OK. A month goes by and I get a letter from my credit card company saying they will credit my account for the bug sheilds,(about $150.00) so another month rolls by and I do get credit. I still have the "wrong" bug shield. Let them figure it out. Need a bug shield for a 03 Chevy?
I have since bought $1000.00 worth of stuff from a LOCAL bussiness.
You deside. As long as everything goes well things are alright, but if something goes wrong.........
