I have an 01 Z 440 sno pro and i can adjust the timing -3-2-1 0+1+2+3, right now i have it set on zero. What would changing in do to the performance of the sled? Is there anything i shouldnt do? Thanks...

 

got me there on that one, it must be advancing or retarding the timing. it is a set up for racing. timing can make it run faster , or the wrong setting can make it run hot. i think it will take some fooling around with to find where you want it and at what speed and fuel you are using. i would try some of the snowmobile forumns to get some more info.
