my uncle had 5 gto's in his huge garage all at one time those goats were his pride and joys up until he pasted away. Once i'm capable i'm gonna build one from the ground up in his memory. They are awesome car and pontiac has came out with the new ones with a awesome motor but for the car the gto was they could have styled it better.

Yeah man,
I was shocked when I heard they were brinin back the GTO, but was disappointed in the looks.
I fell in love with the Judge the first time I saw it, and will own one one day hopefully.
Good luck with the goat man, be sure to post pictures when you start your project, I'm anxious to see them!
ride on!

I was in high school in the 70's and the parking lot was full of that stuff. It was so cool, muscle cars were just everywhere. When you went cruisin' Riverside in Spokane on Fri and Sat night you could line up with 440 Challengers, 340 Dusters, Big block Chevelles, 55's and 57's, 390 Torinos were everywhere, it was endless. Lotta street racing back then. I had a '68 XR7 Cougar with a juiced up 302 back then.
One of my buddies had a 69 GTO this is in '78. Sucker really ran, had hidden headlights and was very nice. He paid $1350 for it. Can't do that anymore. Today you spend tenfold what those cars are really worth to put one together.
I'll take a good 69 Goat or a 67 Mustang Fastback, dark blue with the white rocker stripe, and build an aluminum 460 & C6 for it.
