we have "fry sauce" here in washington at some restaurants its usually a mixture of tarter sauce and ketchup, or mayonaise and ketchup.

Just to represent some southern Cali folk, we eat our French Fries w/ Ranch! I personally like it that way or with Honey Mustard. It sounds good an is making me hungry...

Next time I am in the area I will try to pick some up or maybe I will put some together! Equal parts of each you say.....

And while we are on the subject, what is up with the whole ketchup/catsup issue??
Is it a regional thing or is it a brand thing??

I was wondering the same thing...I'm not use to people saying catsup, you'd probably get laughed out of a restaurant around here

Isnt it interesting the different types of food, or the way food is "dressed up" or even the way that we use a different slang in different parts of the country??
