Ok, it's official now. Metallica has dropped right off the radar of anything worth listening to.

The new CD is so bad, that the horrid "Some kind of monster" song is the one they released. This song is so bad I can't believe they are going to sell a single CD based in it. I mean it might be the worst song they've ever done. LAME lyrics, sounds like a 10-year-old wrote them, lame music, lame lame lame!!!

As a musician I am ashamed to even know this song exists.

So sad from a band that wrote one of the greatest musical records of our time in "...And Justice For All". That CD was so musically exceptional, so much depth and so progressive. Of course they've gone down a big hill since and now they've hit rock bottom!

What a waste of talent.

I have a nephew that lives in California and plays Bass in a band that hails from San Diego county. They play rock.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

I play guitar and sing. I also play a lot of other stuff for fun like drums, bass and keys, but mostly I sing and play guitar.

I've mostly been involved with hard-core, metal and punk over the years. I'm currently working on an acoustic type solo project. I plan on finishing recording this winter after the riding season.

 

wow thats really cool. we are still new together so we are writing music and getting to know eachother. i think it will work out[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] i used to love punk! not really old school punk my favs are pennywise and vandals! especially the vandals, can't tell you how many times i've seen them play. ahh i love shows. goodluck with recording i know its hard work[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
