lookin to put some ringtones on my phone but theyre all just short clips of songs and they cost 2.50!! does anyone know if u can put whole songs on for free?? thanks

Doesnt really matter what company he has, most can get custom ringtones. You need to tell us what kind of phone and the carrier if you want further direction.

No, you dont have to download them from virgin mobile. There are ways around it.
