Kerry/Edwards are going to increase the number of US troops, provide healthcare to the poor and cut taxes to the middle class, fully fund No Child Left Behind and all while reducing the national debt in the process.

Put your waders on fellers...getting kinda deep in here!

Quite possible if you adjust tax laws so that the large companies and corporations pay their fair share. Right now they pay little to none. I read that several actually got tax credit back, paid negative taxes due to loopholes and gimmies for corporations.

Im just curious cheapass.. How do you see that as fair? its double dipping. either your gonna tax corporations and not workers or tax workers and not corporations. where does corporate profit go? to shareholders right? when shareholders get it what do they have to do? PAY TAX no monies escape taxes they can slide around for a spell but eventually they will be taxed.

Being a Kerry supporter, I really had to give it up for Cheney...He definitely makes up for Bush's lack of hard facts and his less than perfect public speaking abilities...I dislike his personality though..he reminds me of a grumpy old man...which is probably not far from the truth...

On the other hand, Edwards definitely makes up for Kerry's lack of charisma, and his personality is refreshing...

Either way, both candidates have good VP's going for them...they complete each other

...I also laughed my *** of when Cheney told Edwards: "This is the first time I've met you."
When in reality, they'd met like.....4 times before that...lol

Well all you gun-ho G.I. joe wanna-bes that are quick to back up Mr. Cheney on the War in Iraq.
And I understand that war must be waged when Our country is attacked (9-11-01) but did you all lose your minds? Iraq did not attack us! the person who engineered it is still @ large. Mr. Edwards made that point very clear. What was Cheneys response to that bit of Historicla fact? Well from my recolection he passed to the next question .... and you all fell for it. what a bunch of cr@p. It's clear that Edwards can't follow directions i.e. when the moderator asked to answer the question without using the names Bush or Kerry, and even though Cheney did use "John Kerry" in his response he did not us Bush. Now Edwards being the dumb a$$ that he is fell right into Cheneys hand and use "John Kerry" in his response. I wish for once we could all break away from this 2 party system and choose someone else, (fat chance) but to bash The young attorney for not knowing how to cover his political tracks is just wrong. Dick! Cheney is just that, don't let the tough act fool you.

Dr Dune......I agree somewhat......We all know that they are still at large, but what can we do about it more thant just vote for Bush......Remember Kerry doesn't want war, or does he?? He doesn't even know.......So do you think it is wrong to go for Saddam?? Do you think Saddam is not a threat, and shouldn't have been taken out of power?? I think they did the rigth thing with Saddam, now they need to keep rebuilding and go get the man who started this.

Another thing that bothers me, you guys look for personality when picking a president?? Wow, that is funny!!! I would look for the man who is "old styled" similar to that of a cowboy, because they have morals and stick to what they say. They know what is right, and will do it no matter what happens or who says it is wrong.

OK, let's tax the corporations. As an investor that takes money out of my pocket, but at least I get to pay less taxes!. As an employee, that costs my job, but at least I'll pay less taxes. That pool of money is only so big. The more that goes to the government, the less you can spend on personnel. And the less you can give your shareholders.

Sorry, but I think the tax burden belongs to the middle and upper class. As much as it pains me to pay, I think it has the best social and economic outcome. Gives us the right to b*tch about it too!
