It may cost you. Did you see this one? Two teenage girls were making cookies and had a little extra. They decided to take the neighbor some of the extra cookies. (They did stop by the neighbors a little late after 10:00 at night.) The neighbor claimed that the 2 girls gave her anxiety and sued them in court. The judge awarded the woman with the anxiety $900.00. I guess the judge will not be receiving any cookies.

How could this woman take $900. from these kids when they were just trying to do something nice?

that is truly sad, aint it? just goes to show that someone can sue over anything now a days, and there's always a lawyer to try to cash in on it.
how bout the guy who tried breaking into a house, and fell through the skylight. he sued for pain and suffering, and won 10 grand!!! what is wrong with some people now a days?

 

Its pretty pathtic in our country now. You can sue people for hurting your feelings or making you feel slightly uncomforable.
