OFC sure it's nice to have that extra power when ya want it or need it. But where my sons and I ride we have only seen one raptor up there and a few YFZ 450's. I assure you they were not using the full potential of the machines. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Just seems like a waste of unusable power. Even my Z400 can't run full out like it wants to. Hopefully MWQ will be able to verify what I'm sayin' If he runs his 500 he'll have a lot left over.

I dunno. I ride in allotta Rock crawling Nasty Chit you typically wouldnt find a sport on and guys with utes would be winching. I find the raptor it pretty nice for it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

You and my oldest son would get along great. He loves rock crawlin' over real nasty crap. He put 25" maxxis big horns at the rear and 23" tires at the front on his Z400 with a 13T front & custom made 60T rear sprocket. You can see the beginnin's of it in my photo's. I'll have to update the photo's to show his current set up, what a freakin' beast.
