Yep, Property taxes are $7000 per year. Worse yet are those suckers that live in areas where they have to pay Home Owner's Association Fees. They can be up to 500 per month for nothing.

I know we will be going up with Indiana changing how they tax real estate but I guess I shouldn't complain with a total cost of about $2400 a year and this includes the tax we have on quads.
