Is anyone else having trouble with the site? I have tried numerous times to update my profile/picture page by uploading a new pic, and I always get this message:

HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer

I don't get it. The pic is only 51.6 KB and is 675x551 pixels in dimension. All of these values are well within limits. WTF?? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

I just uploaded 2, no problems.

 

Its on your end, I had no problem uploading a pic to my page. What is your file extension?


* Select the "Browse" button.
* Browse to the photo (jpg or gif formats only) on your PC.
* Click the "Submit Photo" button.
* Photo dimensions are limited to 750 wide by 750 high.
* Photo file size is limited to 150K or less.
* Thumbnail is automatically created from your photo.

 

Well, my computer geek buddy said that the "internal error" message means that there is a problem with the server of this site, not my comp or IP. I finally got the pic to upload after about 100 attempts (literally). It wasn't the format of the pic either because all of my pics are JPEGs. I think it was the text. I had twenty-four letters left before I ran out, but it never accepted my caption. Just out of curiosity, I tried a new caption and it worked. Go figure.

 

Was there a hyphen or an apostrophe in the caption? I tried to upload a caption with an apostrophe and it wanted no part of it.
