That does suk. But I wouldn't put it past a retailer to ship it shattered knowing that UPS would have to pay for it and just use you to get rid of a broken tv.

Yeah - I tried one of those discount online stores. Not doing that again. But the box was crushed and torn, I don't think UPS would have picked it up from them with it already in that condition. I dunno. All I know is I got my money back and bought it from Circuit City and drove it home myself.
