Ok my jeep is going to he!! and I dont want to bring it back due to gas and what not....so I have a proposition of trading an 85 buick regal +200$ for a 89 berreta 5 speed 4 banger....it is in good coniditon, the panels are multi color and what not...but thatisnt a big deal to me....so what do you guys think? is an 89 berreta a good car?

 

The important thing is that it a better car than an '85 Regal + $200.

In it's day the Baretta was kind of like a mini-camaro. Basically a sporty looking economy car. Biggest downside is that it's a 17 year old car and should have lots of miles on it.

actually, it only has about 169k miles on it...

My jeep has 205k on it! So it has around 35k less miles on it....

 

Wife had a '88 baretta when we first got married. I hated that car. POS. And that was at 4 years old.

the frame is rusted, the motor mounts are ****, the windows crack, and it was put into a guard rail(by me) and the only reason why they want it is because they have an 84 regal t-top with a 305 in it that they are redoing everything on....
