Default voting for land use on MSNBC

here is the link, i just went here and voted the obvious 'no'

go there and VOTE! 3822 people already have,

currently its 46% yes and 54% no

I voted. 28% yes, atvs are bad for the envirnoment. 72% no, they are not. Vote now, vote often!

I couldn't vote, because neither choice represents my point of view. I don't believe that off-roaders should just ride ANYWHERE. There should be a REASONABLE number of fire roads and trails in every national forest that are designated for off-road, but some places would just get to torn up, and these should be avoided.

Trouble is, who gets to decide which trails are OK, and which aren't??? Probably a bunch of leftist environmental forest service employees who have a hidden environmentalist agenda!
