You made him an exhaust system? Like from scratch?

I've never seen him run his 450r. The last time I saw him race he had a 250r. I know that his dad has paid for him to get pretty much everything aftermarket on the quad but that doesn't mean he's got the fastest one around. I'm sure it's set up pretty quick though, just knowin him and how much of a speed demon and daredevil he is.

Ahh I didn't really think about that. Did you modify the head pipe or just cut down the silencer?

yea take off the airbox boot going to the seat and put a clamp on k&n filter directly to the carb

also u can put a 44 tooth rear sprocket on helps alot in the sand or a 42 for the dirt.

also u can flip the front wheels if its not the newer modle to make it wider and more stable

take off the font fenders makes it look cooler

buy some raptor hubs that will spline on the rear axle (raptor banshee blaster warrior) axle's are all the same and the hubs will interchange

I had thought about goin to a 14t front socket, which would give more top-end correct? But I hadn't read much on the rear sprocket. I'm guessing the 1st thing is the airbox removal trick. What would the raptor hubs do for it?

No it still has the stock header...Orry does not have the money for a new pipe..So i gutted the stocker and shortend it about 4 inches..so it would flow..austin rejeted it and it came to life lol
