SCman.I called the dealership today,and my piston and cyclinder are back at the dealership.Re-assemble will begin tommorrow.Im so excited about getting it back.I could possible have it back Wednesday or Thursday of this week.What a nice x-mas I'll have if that happens.You guys wont hear from me for a week or so in these Forums if that happens.[not really]I really do miss the thing,alot to.------Bill

Andy ,I cant say to much about them Titans except I beleive they come factory on the new 500cc ACs.I seen a new AC with 26 inch Titans.I beleive that they are the best stock tires I've ever personally seen for stock.====BILL

Bill, the factory skins on the 500's are 25x10-12 titan 489's. A dealer could well have slapped on some 589's as a selling point. I saw a 99 500 once with 26" blackwaters on it. They wanted to add in the tires to the price as well. I was wondering why anyone would cough up another $400 when the tires that came with the 99 model were already 26" titans. I also saw a 99 500 with 27" XT's on it, and the AC 400 beside it had the Titan 495's that came off of that 500. I don't know what they were going to add on to the price of the 400.
