I have to disagree about Sanchez. Trigg, GSP, or evenRiggs would hand him his lunch. He has no striking skills to speak of. Even Nate Quarry dropping a class would kill him. Heavy hands and takedown defense and Sanchez will lose. He barely beat Karo who is above average but not a top welter. If they keep him against pure strikers he can hold down or ground guys with no defense like Karo he will continue to win. If they put him against the new age fighter he will be a memory.

No, ive never talked to him before. Im involved at "House of Pain Martial Arts, Kick Boxing, and Brazilian Jujitsu" in Annandale, Mn. Ive never had a professional cage fight, but i will tell you, you are very confident in your abilities after training for a while! Its very easy not to back down from anyone in a confrontation

always remember one thing in a controlled environment, confidence is always bigger!! In a nonmonitored environment things and out come are way different!!! not being reassured,or doubt plays a great big factor!!! seen a many fold out of their element!!! semper fi

I agree that Sanchez is a great fighter but I have doubts about him being ready for St. Pierre or Hughes. I will say this I do not think he has been spoon fed. Karo is a hell of a fighter and would have already had a title shot if he didn't tear his hamstring and have to layout. I also disagree I think Sanchez won the first round by a good margin, had a very close second round and completely dominated in the third. As far as who will beat who, that's the great thing you don't really know until the cage door opens. Man I love waching this sport

Well v2rider i have been in many fights even though im only 16.I have many years expirience in wrestling.BUT my stand up needs alot of work.I had my a** handid to me last time (i leaned into a upercut almost knocked me out). But ive been succecful in wrestling but not fights.Im not a small boy being 220lbs,5"11.Win some loose some.I train afterschool everyday almost. But expirience of looseing and winning helps the most. 220 lb, 16 yrs old. Big boy!! Im 6ft 185. Your in a higher weight class! But im opposite, ive been kickboxing/boxing for about 7 yrs, and brazillian jujitsu/martial arts for about 2. So im fast and a good striker, but my ground attack is what im focusing on now. Good luck

You to man,i need to work on boxing know. And shave 35lbs of my gut.IM very good for my age in submissions.I use my wait to an advantage. Also stamina is another thing i need to work on.But lately i have been wait lifting (back, arms, legs). For better takedown slams.Alot of people in my school are UFC crazy but i was the person watching before all of them.I put a beating on almost anybody as far as just takedowns, submisions. But the problem with my stand up is i can take alot of hits to the face but its almost like im scared to strike at the wrong time.
