Yea I think it's all POLOTICAL

 

More than likely, it's political, from what I've heard and read, Bush's oil buddies are purposely cutting prices as a favor for him allowing them to rake in billions in unfair profits while gas was jacked way up. I'm sure that after the elections, a slew of reasons will come up to "necessitate" a huge price increase, maybe worse than it was before. Although I did hear one random rumor at work that a "huge new" oil deposite was found in the Gulf of Mexico that is supposed to produce oil for a long time to come, driving down our need to import, but I find that hard to believe.

 

2.59 in vermont i filled up the other day for 2.79 then drove 8 minutes and it was 2.59 there should be a set time when the stores change over

 

lowest i have seen was 2.68.................. gas should be at 1.00
