Quick Question, how do i shut off the option so i dont get emails sent to me every time someone replys?

normally i get 1-3 emails a day in that acount, this morning i woke up and had 78 emails because i posted in the bored thread.... lol

ive looked but cant find out how to fix

Your emails should read like this for example...

xxxxxxx has posted a reply to the thread entitled "can i get some help".

You can view it at: http://forums.atvconnection.comxxxxx...xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

To cancel email notification of replies to forum messages that you posted, log into the forum, then go to LINK IN YOUR EMAIL..

Click the cancel email notification and it will bring you to a page showing all the topics/threads you have subscribed to. You can also uncheck the box while replying and/or posting messages.
It is the check box just under the 'reply to thread' 'preview' and 'cancel' tabs
