It could i reckon. as the reply window is a popup.. I use IE7pro and im getting very little issues now. other than i havent been able to upload a big avatar yet and some other things.

It was just at the bottom of the page, didn't have to do anything.
I got the pop up and ad block going on my FF.
You can set it to allow the pop up from the Connnection.
