I have a dent ( not large ) in the fender of my atv. It almost appears that the dent would pop out but it won't budge. I am unsure as to how to approach the problem. Should it be heated and then forced out from the inside? I dunno! Any ideas would be appreciated!

Heat will help prevent cracking the plastic. If the dent isn't large, you may be better off just leaving it alone as long as it isn't going to hurt anything else. I never had good luck popping out a dent so it still wasn't noticeable, but to be fair I was usually in too much a hurry to do it right.
