This might sound stupid, but, how would i make my atv sound louder if the baffle is welded to the can?

 

If your talking about a SUNL most of the Chinese mufflers Ive looked at are welded as you say. The only way i know of is to cut the end off, and either cut the baffle or drill some holes in it. Then it will probably backfire and require another complete carb tune. It can be done though.
