You guys have any big trips planed for this summer?

 

As of right now, we have 2 "trips" planned. I will be going down to MD to see my old room mate from college, get all hammered up and party with them for Memorial Day. Other than that, we go up to upstate NY and watch watercross races at the Flat Rock Inn some time in August. Other than that, maybe a trip out to an ATV park about 1.5 hr away to do some riding.

Too dam expensive to drive around like I used to.

 

I know what you are saying just to go Riding 30mi away it ends up being a $60.00 day with gas for the truck and wheelers. This is realy getting stupid, but you goto do it if you want to have fun! As they goto pay to play!

 

Yeah, that is the truth. I get pretty decent mileage with my truck if I am not hammering on it, and smoking up the highway, but at $4.25+ per gallon, you can't win. Plus running 91+ Octane in the machines, 450 requires it and the Wolverine will have the high comp. piston, there is another $20 in fuel for a good day of riding.

worst thing is, where I am looking @ houses, I will be commuting further to work.
time for a commuter skooter for sure...

yeah i've got nothing. i really have no plans to do anything but sit here and watch my ballz shrink with old age. so i guess well see how that goes. i'd like to go up to the mountians or something.
