Default Mud

What is the best method/product for removing old mud? Trying to keep the new one clean and the used one I just got has it caked up everywhere.

If it is on The bottom a sprinkler placed under it for an hour or two will help it loosen up and wash out of all those hard to reach areas pretty well but not all The way. Other than that a pressure washer and time. It does help to soak it down a little while before you wash. It will help soften up The dried mud.

like cbrandon said, lots of water to soften it up and a pressure washer. Once the bike is clean and you know you will be hitting the mud next ride,i used to spray my entire bike with the cheapest armor all or equivalent product. Doing this allowed the mud to literally dry and peel off as i rode through the day, once i got home it was much easier to clean as the dirt has nothing to stick to. Any light oil spray will do, NONFLAMMABLE off course, maybe even cooking spray. never tried it though.

Presoak with water, clean with M30 cleaner, then treat the entire bike with pam or equivalent cooking spray

Some guys are using good old lemon pledge to prevent the mud from sticking so bad. Be careful if you use a pressure washer. It can blow water into places you don't want it.
