i bought a atv 109 and was told it was sitting for a few yrs but it did run before it got parked..i bought a new battery and charged it..the soleniod is only buzzing and i try to jump the solenoid with a screwdriver but it still did not start up and the starter was tested and it is working..i dont know what else to do

Hmm I'm not familiar with that bike but I'll try to help you out. Have you been troubleshooting the basic stuff, like the killswitch if it has one, whether any gas is getting through. I'm not sure about solenoids and buzzing and all that.. but I think you're on the right track with checking that out.
From my experience, it has always been something fairly simple causing starting problems. Common stuff to check over is that the battery is charged enough, your spark plugs are firing and not fouled or anything? Also, with the gas again, problems with a lean mixture, or an over-rich mixture could give you grief when you try to start your bike.
