The European market is about to get one of the most unique ATVs we've come across: Electric motor-powered, single-handed steering and complete road legality. Check out the Ziesel here with a video:

For some strange reason I like it. Reminds me of a a Bobcat that someone left the bucket off of.

Road legality? I guess you can drive anything with wheels(or tracks) on the road in Europe. To me it looks like somebody put tracks on a mobility scooter.

There are off-road wheelchairs that look a lot like this thing.

4 hours battery life and 21 mph top speed make it very unappealing to me.

Where I has riding this week the ground clearance sure would not cut it. Looks like 5" tops.

I actually clicked on the youtube link and watched the video. Looks like a pretty rough ride and awkward to operate. Costs $30,000 too. I can buy 4 brand new 4x4 quads for that. My local dealer had this deal going on for new Brute Forces without eps http://stlouis.craigslist.org/snd/5640087552.html. $5999 for a new Brute Force is a pretty smoking deal. Or 3 brand new rzr 570's and have some money left over. If it went faster than 21 mph, people would flip it on a daily basis. Constantly bouncing over rough terrain, I'd think you'd have a headache and be pretty beat up and sore way before the 4 hour charge is up.

30,000 bucks! No way I'd pay that much when I could use that money to buy a good used truck, car or a couple atvs and have some left over..

You could probably buy all that stuff and still have some money left over. I guess that's the deal with these unusual machines like this. They don't sell very many so the price is sky high. I was watching some show on the travel channel recently I think and they had some pretty extreme vehicles on there. One was a full size tracked vehicle that cost $300,000. They used one of them in one of the G.I. Joe movies, showed a clip of the Rock driving it. That thing was so cool but you'd have to be as rich as the Rock to buy one.
