Usually newly formed governmental offices means more red tape for we off-roader types but Virginia has joined a growing list of states forming a new office that serves to boost our industry:

As these get bigger and more hp....we are just waiting for the hammer to drop from big brother! Yep...remember back to the 3 wheeler days, it is gonna happen again. These big machines are going to cause to many problems according to the EPA...starting already...many states and enviornental groups are putting up the red flags. I can already see restrictions comming....we americans are just to greedy when it comes to speed and HP. Went riding this past week, neighbor guy had 2 big turbo machines at 30K each, blew up turbo on one machine that is only 4 months old. He tells me this is the second time on this machine and already replaced one on other machine. Over 5k to repair each time...this is fun?

I wouldn't buy one unless I lived in the dessert SW of the US where there is plenty of room to play. Useless to me for the trails here in New England and Utah. Why ride a machine that limits what trails you can go on. Plenty of fun factor on machines that are 50" or less. Just my own .02 worth.

Polaris just opened a very big distribution hub in NV - and it's unique for more than just its massive size:

This little bike may not look like a full blown off-road machine but it just won a major victory with the government much to the dismay of environmentalists:
