Many of us, both American and Canadian are upset, mad and maybe somewhat confused by the tragedies of September 11/01. Our safe and impenetrable fortress has been broken into and our daily lives and routines may have forever changed. These people, terrorists, have no hope in there countries. They are jealous of our freedoms and lifestyles, and wish us all to share in there misery. If we are to sit at home, save our money, reluctant to travel or particapate in the activities we love then they have succeded in intimidating us. Is this what we want. I think not.
During times like this it is important that we get out with our family and friends to enjoy the sport we have grown to love. This gives ours minds and hearts a break from the daily rat race and world events, if only fo a few hours. A healthy mind and spirit will make us more complete and healthy functioning human beings, better able to cope with our day to day situations. So grab the family and/or riding partners, load up the quads and go blow out the cob webs. You will fell much better in the long run.

The effects of these cowards did affect me. Then, about 2 days later, I went on with life. I'm not one to let stuff like this stop me from doing things. Matter of fact, I'm so confident in our economy that I just bought my new ATV a couple of weeks ago. I haven't ridden in 20 years! If for some reason we all go broke, at least I'm stocked up on toys (watercraft etc). And I'll be riding them as long as possible as well. Life went on. Not as well for those poor New Yorkers and visitors, but it goes on nonetheless.
