I'm taking a look at the Kasea 90 on Saturday, it's like it's the closest thing I can find. One item of note that I didn't post earlier, and that is a smaller more friendly throttle lever. Kasea has smaller hand componets on the bars, I'm hoping that's means the throttle and brake levers.
I still can't find a 90 quad with reverse! Thanks again for the help.

Once you have the Kasea in hand, remove the air tube that is connected to the air cleaner -- it just pulls out. Next, take the top of the carb off and remove the brass limiter ring. After that, remove the float bowl and drill the main jet to .033" You may also want to remove the rear kill teather -- just follow the two wires forward about 6" and connect the two butt plugs together (the ones going forward). To limit the power just use the throttle limiting screw on the throttle lever box.
Beyond that, you can drill some holes in the clutch pucks to reduce their weight.
To add lighting, I just use some small round lights from Kragen Auto Parts. The key switch has a third position that is the lights. You will find the three wire connector for lights on the left side of the atv above the carb and in the rear about 6" from the end of the atv. Mount the lights using a piece of 2" band steel mounted across the frame under the plastic. It will screw to the existing bolts. Then drill for the lights.
When you want performance, I have pipes, transmission parts, carbs, cylinders, heads, etc.
Enjoy.
