If your local track has been shut down because of a noise ordinance (as mine was), email me, I can help.....A ---FEDERAL JUDGE---.....in New Orleans Federal Court ruled...."any potential harm created by such a business DOES NOT outweigh the business's constitutional rights".....in La. alone, there has been 2 such rulings in the last 4 months.....if any track owners you know are fighting local noise ordinances, tell them to have their lawyers research these rulings, and put them to use......if anyone has any questions, email me......thompsoncreekrider@hotmail.com
