A little while ago, maybe in the last month or 2, I posted that I had replaced a torn CV boot with one from Gorilla Axle www.gorilla-axle.com and guess what? Some idiot (me) got barbed wire wound around the front axle (old fence, I thought I had it all rolled up, guess I was wrong). Sure enough, I tore the boot I had just recently put in.
To make a long story short, I called them about what happened, and they offered to replace the boot for FREE. They are even footing the bill for shipping it out!!!
I told them it was my fault, that I tore it on wire, not due to any defect on the part of their product, and they said they would still cover it. All the guy asked is that we think of them if I ever need another boot or a CV joint rebuilt.
It is GREAT to deal with a company that TRULY guarantees their product! Just thought I'd give them the credit they deserve.

Thats good to here if I ever need one done I know who I will go with. It is so hard to find a company that will stand behind there product. I had a spray in bed liner done by a shop it was life time warrenty (so they said). They went out of business and the next company that bought it carried the same product and they said that they are only life time warrenty through the shop
