I've seen the little fold up trailers for $175 NEW around here. Check Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, K-Mart(?) Some assembly required, I think. I believe that you "finish" the bed with plywood. Check your local farm supply stores, like TSC(Tractor Supply Corp.)

I would think most any good hitch/trailer place could fix you up. Look in your yellow pages. Not sure of cost, I would guess $75-$110 for one installed. Just be sure NOT to overload hitch OR trailer! The hitch folks will be able to tell you if you can safely do what you want to do. GOOD LUCK

I'm getting a hitch installed on my car, a truck is not an option for me. A hitch installed will run between $200-300, that's what I priced around here. You should not have any problems pulling a small flat trailor and 1 atv.

Look in your local papers or look around when driving around. Trailors are usually all over.

Greetings,

Try to get as big a tires on the trailer as possible. A lot of the really small trailers have tiny wheels. They are made for taking the mower over to Grandma's house across town. At highway speeds (and at 16 I'm sure you'll be hitting highway speeds) it will be less stable and have a tendency to burn out bearings. Remember that those little wheels have to turn a lot faster and a lot more times to keep up with your car wheels. So even if its a small trailer, try to get good sized wheels.

Some cars (alot) are not made to have hitches and that's where the welding and cross bracing costs some duckets.
