i own a banshee but i still think a lot of 250Rs are pretty bad..so why did honda stop making 250Rs since they were such a big hit then and now..do you think they might come out with another 250R for like one yr..kinda like a anniversary or whatever???

 

No you will never see another 250R.
Honda caved immediatly to the treehuggers & lawyers (no ***** at all)
The only good thing about Honda running scared was they had to make motors like the CRF450R to be compeditive with the 2 strokes.

I had a 86 250R. But it was a 16 year old quad that had been run hard all it's life & needed constant work to keep it going..

I'm glad that Yamaha has the guts to keep the Shee in prouduction until they're forced to stop.

My Raptor is faster than my old R & doesn't need constant attention just regular matinence.

I'm not saying this becuase I have a Yamaha or hate Hondas. If Honda comes out with a big bore Quad in the near future I'd consider it for a replacement for my Raptor.
Hondas are nothing if not bullet proof & as long as they've had to develop a new quad it should be fast & handle like the 250R. I just wish they'd wake from their coma & release the damn thing!!

Well enough ranting on Honda. But we've seen the last 250R from Honda!
