He's not to keen on the Warrior idea. He has a hard head.
Gonna put the thumb throttle back on it this weekend.

get a blaster and toomey pipe and you'll have no problem with mojave it would probaby be revered with that toomey pipe a blaster haules well for a 200cc its not bad anyways and its definatly faster then a 300ex iv talked to ppl with a 300ex and blaster they piped a 300ex nothing really happens except for sound and then they pipe a blaster and they had a huge difference i can start it no problem she should be able to start it i'm only 110 and when i bought it i was probably around 80lb once its warmed up it should start within the first 2 kicks when its cold pull the choke and after a few good kicks it wil start that sounds perfect for your wife go for it you won't be dissapointed once piped it goes

Maybe I could put an electric starter on my Mo and trade them straight across for the 400EX

trade it if you can !, if not take her down to a couple dealers and have her test some out like the warrior, ect ect then she can she if she likes it

My wife is about the same size, she has a Warrior we bought new in 92, she still loves it and rides it anywhere we want to go. I put a steering damper on it early on and it does not beat her arms up. She does not want to trade for anything. I have let her ride my scrammy and she does not like it, way to big.

I wish I had some experience with an EX so I could give an educated answer, but I just don't. But the Warrior is so absolutely manageable, for me. My arms are pretty weany, and for Christmas my hubby got me a steering stabilizer. What a dream that is! I don't know what I ever did without it. I absolutely LOVE my Warrior. I'm thinking it's because of how low-slung it is. I ride with my brother on a KTM and my hubby on a KDX, and I can keep up with them just fine on my Warrior. In fact, there is a trail that neither one of them can catch me on. She really needs to go and see what she likes. Even though the Warrior is heavier, because of the way it is designed, it seems to be a perfect woman's bike to me. Everyone has their own opinion about what works for them. The Warrior works for me, so it's the only thing I can recommend. I also have a Recon, and it is a great bike, the suspension is lacking, and it is not really a sport quad, even though I ride it like one. I suppose if I rode a DS or a Predator (I wish!) I would be recommending that.
A choice of quad seems to be a personal preference (based on experience) thing. She really needs to go and see what feels right to her. The Warrior is very easy.
