Main jet should probably be somewhere between 260 and 280 with the needle lifted to the 4th position. On my Banshee with Pro-Flow Uni setup (no lid) and Paul Turner Hi-Rev pipes, I was running the needle in the 4th postion with 290 mains.

I always got my Mikuni jets from FTZ. I live about 15 minutes from them. Yamaha dealers should have some in stock. I don't know where you would find them on the net.

Almost forgot to tell you, I left the stock pilot jets in mine (25). Tried 30 pilots and it was too rich. You can special order 27.5 pilots, but I don't think it is necessary.

The one thing that I have not seen mentioned is altitude...... My stock bike with a k&N filter w/no airbox lid and pipe's, I ran 310 mains in the stock carbs at sea-level up to 1000ft.

www.rockymountainatv.com sells jet kits for all bikes.

toomey recomends with their pipes that you run a 280 from sea level to 2500ft and 2500 and up to around 3500ft use a 270 then the higher the altitude you sould go down one size.
