Does anyone out there use nos, just wondering.

 

uncles both ran nitrous systems on their 85 250r's

 

my friend's dad ran NOS on his ATC (like 20 years ago or something) once. he didn't set it up right and he blew the **** out of his engine. never did it again.

 

thats a lot of frecken horse power for 3-wheelers

my uncle got it on his snowmobile!!! i think he made it so when rpms or the throttle get to a certain point it kicks in. im not sure though because he had it installed by the dealer he bought it from. i guess his 800 xcr wasnt good enough so he got a 800xc with nos. and he told me that he isnt gonna tell his friends he has it untill after they finish racing. lol

i rode a stock snowmobile once that had a speedometer that went up to 120. i never went faster than about 70 tho, somehow 100 mph on a trail i'd never been on before seemed a little fast [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

and that was like half trottle too, was'nt it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

yea there pretty damn fast i ride with him on his old one its 600cc's and it goes 105 with me on it. i got it up to top speed on a trail that was striaght and flat for like 5 miles so i race him on the 800 not the nitrous one the old one and he smoked me he said he get it up to 120 on the speedometer but he get there quick still gaining speed. so i cant imagine nitrous. also i talked to him today and he said he got it put on so when he hits a button the nos kicks in.
