400ex pipe and suspension

i dont have alot of money and i would like to get a slip on pipe and some decent front suspension is the suspension worth the money and whats the most powerfull pipe?

Just get the White Brothers E-series slip-on and then some used shocks from e-bay. Look at this test and the WB and the Spark came out the best. If you look around you can get the WB for around $200 new.
