Air cooled 250r/Blaster
I just bought a clean air cooled 250r motor for a project but the sprocket is on the right side. I would like to put it in a blaster frame but was wondering how hard it would be to flip the swingarm and everything over. Anyone every hear of any projects done with a air cooled R motor? Thanks

I have a Blaster and I wouldn't think that flipping the swingarm would be needed. You should just be able to remove the axle and flip it, which would leave swingarm and its skidplate in place with no mod required. Theoretically, if you can get the engine mounted and can line up sprocket with rear end without chain interfering with anything you should be good. Of course, your foot brake is on the right side which may cause a problem with the chain clearance. Let me know how it goes.
