I was wondering what kind of quad would be a good canidate for a conversion to a 700cc streetbike engine, I want a good cheap quad to get for sand, I think would extend the swingarm a ways. I was riding around the bike that I might take the engine out of, and I hit 100mph in less than 6 seconds, so I know its way faster than most any banshee. the great thing about this engine is that it pulls and keeps pulling, up to 10000rpm.
Its a 4 cylinder, 4-stroke, 4 carb, aircooled monster.
oh btw, its out of a 87 GS700E suzuki

Hey man im new to the sight but i have just started my project and i choosed a 98 CBR 600, i bought it as a wreck. basicaly just the forks and plastics were toast.. i picked the 98 cbr because it has a steel frame and steel swing arm. this is good because i am going to make a frame for the a-arms and steering stem then weld to the bike frame and then i will buy the a-arms spindle and brakes and bars to complete the front end. for the rear i will ad 3 inches to the swing arm and weld a steel carrier to that. top it off with a widened axle. and ad the 14in rimz with Z-rated DOT tires.... try to use the bike frame to make atv frame
