You can get everything you need from ESR. They sell a 370 kit (stroked 350 cylinder) that is a fast puppy. You can get porting. racing head, reeds, carb, pipe, and igniton from them. They are all great parts also. they are pritty cheap too. Call them up and they will hook you right up.

Your tranny will never hold that 510 motor though.

Yes it will. Patriot racing makes a bottom end rebuild that is supposed to be real strong for it. Banshees hold up with t-rex motors so why wouldnt a moded 250R bottom end.? Everyone says that they hold up to the 460 kits so I guess wel just have to wait and see. But anyway if I were him I wouldnt buy that cylinder just yet untill we can see how it dose, and see if it has any bugs that need to be worked out.

510 big bore www.cpindinc.com click on products.

honda motor should hold that power. Have a tough time making a clutch stick though. Your chassis is limiting what you want to do. You'll never compete with a 4-wheeler chassis. Your best bet is to sell off your bike, keep the motor and run an oem or otherwise aftermarket 250r chassis
