ram air
#1
I was wondering if it would be possible to use the old ram air trick that was used on old muscle cars, whereyou reroute the air intake up to the front and put a scoop on it. This forces air into the engine fasster than just your regular air filter. Thnk this will work?

Take the lid off.
It saves alot of time and trouble and does the same thing. Your carb is only going to flow as much air as itcan fit through(bore size). No matter how much you increase your air flow it will always be limited by your carb(s).

think about on cars a supercharger (or turbo charger i cant remember) forces in more air which makes more compression and it is definatly more air in the cylinder than without turbo or supercharger
but hey maybe im wrong just speaking my opinion

Defently running a Clamp on Helps,
i had a K&N Clamp on on my mojave , And let me tell ya, It really does make a difference.
But remember, If you add more Air its only gonna work BEST if you do the Flowing also
-Pipe
-Jet
-Silincer
Cuz if ya add more air, ya need more Gass, and with more gas and Air, you will need a better Exhust flow!
