Whats the best exhaust system for a 250R?

Well i just got my R, and its suprisingly stock. I'm plannin on making it into a whole motocross project. Anyways, i was wondering what is the best exhaust system for my 86. thanks.

CT,Paul turner/Duncan,LRD,Curtis Sparks are the best motor builders.Pick the one you like best and buy their pipe,theyre all good.

LRD adjustable is the best pipe for a 250r.....check www.nacsracing.com

I have a FMF gold series fatty on my 250r.It really helped.It pulls the front tires every gear and when U exit corners.I am really impressed with it.I ordered a 86 pipe and I got a 87-89 so i had to make a bracket.

i think i'll probably end up with gettin a fatty/powercore 2 combo. anybody know a place to get them cheap?

for what its worth, almost every pro R in the magazine action shots has an LRD system.
