man o my god. k of all quads with just a pipe and an air filter the mojave must respond the best out of all. today i met up with some friends. i raced a dvx 400/kfx/z, 400ex. i beat the 400 ex by about a length. i was dead even with the dvx until 4th gear the he started to walk away. i also beat my dads 400 2 stroke scrambler by about 5 lengths. i also saw that dvx beat a raptor one out of 2 drags. seriously this mojaves responds heavy to mods.i have so much torque now. wheelie in third now. my mods are on my page. i will have some pics up soon, once my cosmetic parts come in. i am very impressed with the upgrade. i would like to thank (mojave addict) and (mohawk, from kawieriders). thanks to all the other who helped to. keep the mojave alive!

Haha u liar. The Dvx raped you! Dead with the Dvx in 4th gear my f***ing ***. The only reason you were in front is because he was doin a wheelie off the start, once he went in to second he walked away from you, by the time he was in forth you were a 3 lenghts behind him. The only reason you beat the 400ex in the race is because that guy ain't good at starting off quick. Try racing someone like Kyle Thebeau and he would rape you with a stock 400ex.

uh the six times was before i had my parts. we only races three times yesterday. and i was pulin a wheelie two at the beggining.and when you did beet me it wasnt an own u. own you is like 3-4 lengths it was like one. and ya i now in top end i got raped by the dvx but all the way up to third me and derren were looking right at each other. once he hit fourth then he just pulled away with ease. on the top end he did beat me buy about 6-7 lengths. all the way through third though we were neck and neck. ya and i dont think kyle tebou is ever going to have a quad again after he trashed his motor. actually its good to have your front tires about a foot or even a almost two feet in the air because it puts more traction on the wheels and let you hook up. two much is just a waste of power though. we should go race on pavement because that grass was kinda sketchy. lots of whell spin.

oh and for the others watching . if your wondering how my jetting went it went great. i hit it bang on first try. i left my pilot stock. i raised the needle clip to the third notch and my main jet is a 145. the air mixture scre is set at two turns out past the seat. i guess i just had a good expierience with it. ive heard how people cant get it and try and try but i guess i cant say it was that hard. i have one question though. when i rev it up in my final gear and suddenly cut the throttle if i wait quite awhile when it revs doen like really low when you should already be in the lower gear there is a slight little pop. not very noticible though. i checked my plugs and there a tan or maby slightly browner but it looks pretty darn good.is this just the lack of exhaust flow once you cut the throttle?does this happen, or am i a tan rich? can this be adjusted by the air mixture screw?
