in the guiness world book of records 2004 the highest speed is something like 101mph

 

the book should specify the distance in which it travels because some of us are doing near 100mph in just 100 yards

I couldn't find my 04 book buit heres what it says it the 03 book. you can quote me on this: "Graham Hicks (uk) reached a top speed of 159.74 km/h (99.26) on a customized 500-cc quadbike at Bruntingthirope Proving Ground Leicester, UK, on 21 May 2001. Hicks, who is deaf and blind, drove the vehicle over a quater-of-a-mile course while Matt Coulter Austrailia) rode pillion behind him, prompting him by means of touch." I think he did a new record of something like 101mph with a quad with a honda blackbird engine i think(don't quote me on that).

That speed is horrible for a 1/4 mile run
