ok my beartracker has been to hell and back and is askin for seconds, but it is losing power in the top end. Between fourth and fifth the power sucks worse than a blonde.lol. i am getting a pipe,a k&n filter, and a camshaft. well lets get to the point, a 2001 came with a 34mm mikuni. i`m need the specs on an o.e.m. carb. if possible I wanna put a 38mm mikuni flat valve. i found a good one. some one please help. here are the specs on the 38 mm
Spigot OD: 43mm
Main Jet: 340
Pilot Jet: 25
Inlet Valve: 1.5
Needle Jet: 389 Q-0
Jet Needle: 6FJ40
Throttle Slide: 4.0
Choke Type: Cable
is it possible?? or do i need to get something smaller?
here are the specs for a Aluminum Spigot 34 mm Mount Type Carb
Spigot OD: 40 mm
Bell OD: 58 mm
Main Jet: 260
Pilot Jet: 35
Air Jet: 2.0
Needle Jet: 159 Q-2
Jet Needle: 6DH4
Throttle Slide: 2.5
Choke Type: Cable
I`m gonna make a custom choke cable. I dont care if its mikuni or not i need more power. i want as much as possible.
