I also ride a '04 400EX with an FMF PowerBomb header and Q muffler. Good power increase and not a lot louder than stock Running a 170 mj. Also, the Quiet core comes out for non noise regulated areas

I have K&N with Outerwears, vented airbox lid, FMF PowerBomb, and Powercore IV Muffler. Nice increase in power, all over the place. The muffler got damaged in a crash, so I think I will eventually replace it with the Q.

Does the FMF powerbomb header really help compared to the stock pipe. And are you guys talking about the Powercore IV QS/A? And whats the difference between that and the shorty version? The short version is almost 200 bucks cheaper?

Thanks all

And which one you guys think is better the FMF or the PC T-4?
Thanks

Does the Q make any more power than the regular powercore or is it just quieter?
