fmf pipe vs. ftz pipe
#2
I'd say neither I would go with Curtis Sparks race pipe their spendy but one of the best pipes out there most of the pros run them and out of the top 5 pro riders 4 run the Sparks pipe. go to www.sparksracing.com that would be the best move for you the only pro that isnt running the Sparks pipe is Doug Gust but no matter the 4wheeler he is riding he will still be a great rider!!

The FTZ pipe seems to be more oriented toward mid to top end power. I know a number of guys who run them for ice racing and flat track and they scream on top. I can't say much about the FMF Fatty since I've never had one or known anyone with one. The LRD adjustable and CT midrange pipes both provide a broad powerband. It all really depends on your style of riding.
And a comment on the 2nd post...Gust isn't the only pro not running a Sparks pipe. Spader runs Duncan, there are a number with LRD pipes and Farr rides a 4-stroke.

I've recently ridden an R with the Fatty pipe on it, and was somewhat surprised. it has a good, broad powerband. The LRD Team B is another good pipe, with a broad powerband, plus its adjustable, so you can fine tune how you want.
