Default Raptor Rejetting question....

I bought a 2002 used raptor. It has an aftermarket pipe on it and i just put the pro design proflow kit with a high flow K and N filter. i dont know if it has been rejetted or the original jet settings are still on. I ran the quad and it doesnt backfire or anything. How can i check if it needs to be rejetted or should i even check if it sounds good when running?

Check the spark plug, the optimum color would be a cardboard brow, black and wet would be rich, white would be to lean. Good luck with your rappy.

Default Raptor Rejetting question....

Sorry if im a complete dumbass about this stuff. Im new to it and trying to learn it. But anyways... to check the sparkplug, i should replace the sparkplug with a new one. then run the quad(for how long, and ive heard you run it wide open then kill it) and then check it? is that correct.? If you could give me advice on checking the plug that would awesome. thanks.
